Bill Louden is Department Chair, International Business at Austin Community College and Executive Director of the International Business Institute.  As Department Chair, Professor Louden oversees the international business faculty and international business curriculum development.  Bill is also Area Chair, Management & Finance for the School of Business at University of Phoenix, and adjunct faculty in digital media management at St. Edward's University with eight years teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Bill Louden is one of the early pioneers in the New Media/Internet Industry with over 30 years at the forefront of on-line media and Internet services development. Bill was on the founding team at CompuServe in 1979 and was Founder and President of the GEnie Online Service at the General Electric Company from 1985 through 1993. At GE, he led global operations expanding the business to #2 in the USA and #1 in Europe/Japan, serving customers on three continents.

Bill also made significant contributions at News Corporation, launching their UK Internet business in London in 1995.  He also served in leadership positions at CBS Sportsline, Golfweb.com, Looksmart.com and Preference Technologies where he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the public Internet Company.  As a serial entrepreneur, Louden founded Peer Forward, Inc., a business intelligence software company.
