The Business
Studies Division of Austin Community College is one of the largest
providers of business education in Texas. Our 150 faculty and
staff serve approximately 5,000 students each year. Our
programs are accredited and approved by numerous agencies including the
Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, the American
Culinary Federation, the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and
the Texas Real Estate Commission.
The Business
Studies Division is part of Workforce Education and Business
Development at Austin Community College. Within Business Studies,
students can select from a variety of disciplines leading to an
Associate of Applied Science Degree or Certificate. The Associate of
Science in Business Administration degree, designed for those planning
to transfer to a university, is also in Business Studies.
