ACC Campus Event Submission

Any event submitted to the ACC College-Wide Calendar must be sponsored or co-hosted by an ACC department, office, or affiliate as well as meet the Campus Event calendar submission guidelines.

Use this form to submit for approval an ACC-related event.

Approved events are posted within 24 hours after receipt.

To request Sign Language interpreting or CART services, please fill out the online form at least 3 business days in advance. For questions, call Interpreter Services at 512-223-6176.  For other accommodations for people with disabilities, please contact the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) office at any campus. Calendar managers are not responsible for making these arrangements.
