Juniors and Seniors, you can start earning college credit before graduating from high school. Austin Community College enrolls eligible high school students through the Early College Start program, allowing them to take up to two college courses per semester while still in high school. Courses may be taken at any ACC campus, ACC center, online, or at your high school campus if available.
Effective immediately (7/15/2014):
All new students to ACC will be required to complete the ACC online orientation prior to registration.
Effective Spring 2015:
As a result of Senate Bill 31, ACC classes that are not a part of the ACC CORE curriculum, workforce course required for an ACC workforce certificate or degree, or foreign language will NOT be eligible for the ECS tuition and fees waiver; regular tuition and fees will be assessed according to a student residency status.
