    This system provides you with crime alerts and emergency notifications. To verify or update your ACC Emergency Alert contact information go to austincc.edu/onlineservices. Once logged in click "ACC Emergency Alert" on the menu page.

    ACC Emergency Alert is using a new service provider. If you elected to receive text messages create a contact in your phone for ACC Emergency Alert. Alerts will come from one of 4 short codes: 226787, 67283, 78105, 81437 (enter them as phone numbers). If you can't receive short code messages, they will come from austincc@getrave.com OR messages@getrave.com.

  • ACC Eastview Campus lockdown lifted

    The Eastview Campus lockdown has been lifted; the nearby APD SWAT situation is over and the suspect is in custody. Classes will continue as scheduled tonight, Wednesday, 10/21.

    The Austin Police Department has instructed Eastview students, faculty, and staff to remain in their buildings until further notice due to a nearby SWAT standoff. ACC Police are locking the doors. Updates will be provided.

  • Timely Warning and Crime Alert: Northridge Campus

    There was an armed robbery that occurred on the Northridge Campus at approximately 12:01 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015. The incident occurred in the north parking lot of the NRG campus near the greenbelt area.

    The assailant is described as male, Hispanic, dark complexion, approximately 5’11’, 230-240 lbs., with facial hair described as a goatee, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The assailant pretended to be hurt. A student went to assist him and was robbed. The assailant stated that he had a handgun, but no weapon was displayed. The student was not hurt physically.

    Both the Austin Police Department (APD) and the ACC District Police Department have responded and currently are seeking the assailant.

    ACC District Police urge you to be aware of your surroundings and to take care at all times. If you see suspicious behavior, please report it immediately to ACC District Police by calling (512) 223.7999.

  • Timely warning: On-campus sexual assault

    This warning addresses the report of a sexual assault at the Riverside Campus.

    On Saturday morning, July 19, 2014, a non-student female reported that she was grabbed from behind by a Hispanic male and pulled to the northwest area of Riverside Campus Building D, where she was sexually assaulted.

    The perpetrator has not yet been located. The Austin Police Department is investigating the incident. Any updates will be shared when they become available.

    As always, your safety and security is ACC's highest priority. As a reminder, please stay alert while on campus, and take care at all times for your personal safety. The ACC Police Department is available to assist you anytime.
