Graduation Application Instructions

When you're ready to graduate, you will need to complete the graduation application.

Follow the instructions below to apply to graduate.

  1. Go to Academic Planning.
  2. Click Application for Graduation.
  3. Select a program.

If you see your degree:

  1. Check the box next to your degree.
  2. Review and update your information.
  3. Submit. A verification page will appear.
  4. Review and correct your information, if needed.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Read the confirmation page information, which explains what occurs next.
  7. Click OK.

If you don’t see your degree, you can update your major while logged in to Online Services.

  1. Return to the Student Menu.
  2. Go to Academic Profile.
  3. Click Student Data Change Request.
  4. Select Declare or Update Your Major.
  5. Input keywords or browse degrees in the dropdown box until you find your specific degree.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Select the correct degree or certificate.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. You may now either run a program evaluation or select OK.
  10. Return to the steps to apply for graduation.
