Notice: The Tuition Installment plan is only available during spring and fall sessions. Can't pay your tuition by your tuition payment deadline? The installment payment plan enables students to pay their tuition and fees in four payments. You can enroll in a payment plan by logging in to ACC Online services or visit any campus cashier office.

Important information:

• Only a student or an authorized user* (see Authorized User explanation below) can enroll in an payment plan
• Enrollment in a payment plan requires completing all steps of the payment plan enrollment process, submitting the payment plan Agreement, and making the required 25% down payment.
• Pay the full amount of any other applicable fees stated in the ACC catalog and course schedule
• A $20 fee will be charged for late payments (see payment deadlines below)
• Classes added after the payment plan enrollment dates below cannot be included on the plan; they must be paid in full.

Authorized User: Students set up a parent, guardian, employer, etc. as an authorized user by logging in to “Manage My Student Account” through OnLine services. Students then select the option “Authorized Users”, enter the authorized user’s email address, select the level of access the user will have to the student’s account, then submit that they agree to the conditions for granting access to authorized users.

Authorized users receive an email notification with login and password information needed to access the student’s account.

Tuition installment payment deadlines

Payment is due by 5:00 p.m on the payment plan deadline.
