A bright green envelope from BankMobile will be mailed to the address that ACC has on file for you. If you need to change this address please update your student records.
This envelope contains your personal code that is used during the refund delivery preference set up process. To select your refund delivery preference visit ACCRefundSelection.com and click "Let's Get Started" then enter your personal code. NOTE: Students who have already selected their refund delivery preference may log into their account at the top of the page.
Your options for receiving your refunds
- Electronic deposit to another account: Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from ACC. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to the students account
- Paper check delivered by U.S. Postal Service (USPS): A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from ACC, provided receipt is within the cutoff time. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class delivery timeframes.
- Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe account: If students open a BankMobile Vibe account, money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from ACC.
