In accordance with Coronavirus (COVID-19) recommendations from public health officials, Austin Community College has suspended all in-person campus visits and off-campus events until further notice.
In place of these in-person experiences, please consider visiting our Academic and Career Programs page.
For more information on all updates and guidance from the College related to COVID-19, visit our ACC homepage.
Tour some of our campuses and get a feel for the ACC student experience. Appointments are required at least 48 business hours in advance, so please read the following information to plan your tour.
We offer general tours of the Eastview, Highland, Northridge, Riverside, and Round Rock campuses 9 a.m.-noon Mondays and Fridays and the Elgin and San Gabriel campuses 9 a.m.-noon Fridays. Tours are limited to 10 students and run 20-25 minutes. Please call in advance to schedule a tour.
General tours cover the following:
If you would like to tour the Eastview and Round Rock Health Sciences facilities specifically, you must request the tour at least two weeks before the actual tour date and indicate this on the registration form in the comments section. During the semester, tours are held on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. and no tours are booked during the last two weeks of the semester due to finals.
If you would like to tour the Automotive, Welding, Building Construction Technology or HVAC facilities at either Riverside or Round Rock, tours are held on the last Friday of each month between 9 a.m. and noon.
Due to the busy nature of ACC's faculty and department chairs, tours of ACC's various programs may not always be available for campus tours.
Campus tours vary in length of time and generally will not exceed 1 hour, with the exception of Health Sciences, which may exceed 2 hours.
In order to maintain a qualitative higher education environment we ask that you keep the number of campus tour participants at a maximum of 20, including your chaperones. This will help to ensure the college can continue to provide its routine services without blocking student pathways. For this reason, if more than 20 participants arrive for the tour, we will not be able to proceed.
We require that one chaperone is present for every 10 students.
Due to safety concerns, no children are permitted on campus tours.
As the requestor, you must confirm the tour with the recruiter that has contacted you. If the recruiter has not received confirmation 24 hours before the assigned tour, it will be canceled via email.
If you require a college campus visit letter for your school, or proof that you attended a college campus tour, please let your assigned Recruiter know when they contact you to confirm the tour. One will be provided at the conclusion of the tour.
Note: If you are prompted for a Google ID login, please use a different browser to complete the form.
