Graduation Application Instructions

When you're ready to graduate, you may need to complete the graduation application.

The ACC graduation office also identifies potential graduation candidates during the semester. You will receive an email notification if you have been identified in this process.  If you have not heard from the Graduation office and believe you have completed all of your degree requirements, please complete the following graduation application to have your records reviewed.   

Follow the instructions below to apply to graduate.

  1. Login to Self-Service
  2. Go to Student Planning.
  3. Click Graduation Overview.
  4. Select a program.

If you see your degree:

  1. Check the box next to your degree.
  2. Review and update your information.
  3. Submit. A verification page will appear.
  4. Review and correct your information, if needed.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Read the confirmation page information, which explains what occurs next.
  7. Click OK.
