Reclassification Review Process
As ACC continues to grow and the work required to be performed by non-faculty staff is impacted, the College seeks to ensure that it maintains a competitive workforce through its compensation and benefits program. In the odd years, a non-faculty market study is conducted. In the even years, in coordination with Administration, HR Compensation conducts a Reclassification Review Process. The objective of the Reclassification Review Process is to review positions where the job description no longer represents the work being done.
The FY20 Reclassification Review is now closed. The FY21 Market Study will be conducted in Spring 2021.
