Reclassification Review Process
As ACC continues to grow and the work required to be performed by non-faculty staff is impacted, the College seeks to ensure that it maintains a competitive workforce through its compensation and benefits program. The objective of a Reclassification Review is to review positions where the job description no longer represents the work being done.
Supervisors may request a Reclassification Review of positions in their supervisory organization at any time.
