The following is a list of emergency notifications that were posted to the ACC website.

  • ACC Eastview Campus

    ACC Eastview Campus remains on lockdown due to a nearby APD SWAT standoff. If at Eastview, stay indoors. All others, should avoid Eastview campus.

  • ACC Eastview Campus

    The Austin Police Department has instructed Eastview students, faculty, and staff to remain in their buildings until further notice due to a nearby SWAT standoff. ACC Police are locking the doors. Updates will be provided.

  • TEST: ACC Emergency Alert

    This is a test of the ACC Emergency Alert system. In an actual emergency you will receive instructions on how to respond.

  • ACC Emergency Alert System Test: 6-17-2015

    "TEST: This is a test of the ACC Emergency Alert System. In an actual emergency, you would be instructed as to what actions to take. Thank you."

  • Timely Warning and Crime Alert: Northridge Campus

    There was an armed robbery that occurred on the Northridge Campus at approximately 12:01 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015. The incident occurred in the north parking lot of the NRG campus near the greenbelt area.

    The assailant is described as male, Hispanic, dark complexion, approximately 5’11’, 230-240 lbs., with facial hair described as a goatee, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The assailant pretended to be hurt. A student went to assist him and was robbed. The assailant stated that he had a handgun, but no weapon was displayed. The student was not hurt physically.

    Both the Austin Police Department (APD) and the ACC District Police Department have responded and currently are seeking the assailant.

    ACC District Police urge you to be aware of your surroundings and to take care at all times. If you see suspicious behavior, please report it immediately to ACC District Police by calling (512) 223.7999.
