Students are encouraged to participate in career workshops and events to prepare for employment. The ACCelerator at HLC offers group workshops and events on Career Decision Making, Resumes & Cover Letters, Networking & Interview Skills, Personal Branding & LinkedIn, and more. Make plans to attend the College & Career Exploration Showcase September 30 & the Job Fair & Career Exploration Event April 6. Both events are great opportunities to network with area employers. Career Services also hosts employers on campus each month to provide students with the opportunity to explore careers and connect with employment. View positions posted by area employers seeking ACC students and alumni to fill positions or internships. New jobs are posted daily including full time, part time, and flexible schedule positions. Jobs can be sorted by type (full time, part time, etc.) and by location (closest campus). Career Services works with employers and area workforce centers to promote job opportunities for students and alumni and provide the training and educational experience needed to fill positions in a wide variety of technical and occupational areas.

The Office of Cooperative Education and Internships has been developed to provide our students with meaningful work experiences in their areas of study during the course of their academic career.
