Austin Community College makes college more accessible with an open admissions policy and a simple enrollment process. There’s no fee to apply, and applications are accepted year-round. Once you complete these four steps, you’re eligible to take credit classes at any of our 11 campuses or online.

It’s essential that you pay all outstanding charges before the tuition deadline, or you’ll be dropped from the classes you registered for.

These last few tasks will get you ready for a great start for your first semester!
Obtain your free ACC Student ID card in person at any campus Admissions & Records Office at least one business day after registering for classes. Bring an official photo ID for identification. Learn more
Purchase a vehicle parking permit or Capital Metro pass to help you get to campus. Learn more
You can get your textbooks and supplies from any seller. Required purchases are listed on the course syllabus and may appear in Online Services. Learn more
