Upload a FileLesson 5—Final Assignment
Your final assignment is to create one Flash animation that employs all of the following:
- original buttons (do not use any in the Buttons Common Library!),
- at least three distinct, sounds*,
- at least one photograph,
- at least one motion tween with a non-linear movement (i.e. make the movement curved, not straight),
- at least one fade (in or out),
- at least one hyperlink that opens a page in another browser window,
- a drop-down menu (that closes
automatically when an item is selected or the mouse exits the menu). Do not use the same one you submitted for assignment 3.
* You can use Flash's Common Sounds library and/or download free sounds from www.flashkit.com (or any other online source for WAVs or MP3s).
The subject of this animation is entirely up to you (try to have fun with it). You must employ Flash Detection on the HTML page (I will be checking it on my iPad), and serve some meaningful alternative content to iOS users (not just the stock "Download Flash" button). Upload all files required to display the SWF, and detect for Flash. Be sure to test the HTML page you upload.
Either ZIP the files and upload them via the class website, or post the files on your own webspace and send me the URL.
This is NOT a test. Feel free to ask questions. PLEASE allow time for revisions.
When your final assignment has been approved, I will ask you to also upload three random exercises you should have already completed in earlier lessons; these must be uploaded before the end of the course.
