Austin Community College students will soon have all their secure online information and services available in one place with the launch of MyACC portals. A preview of the student version will be available starting September 9, while faculty and staff versions are scheduled for next year.
The MyACC web portal for students will provide single sign-on, personalized access to Blackboard, registration, grades, textbooks, class schedule, notifications, and more. Students can log in to the portal from the Students webpage on the ACC website.
Students also will have access to a downloadable MyACC mobile app that syncs their class schedules, announcements, and calendars while providing notifications for important news, dates, and events.
The development of the single sign-on web portal is an ongoing collaborative effort led by the Information Technology, Student Affairs, and Communications and Marketing offices.
Faculty, staff, and students are invited to preview the systems and complete a survey beginning Monday, September 9, at austincc.edu/myacc. Survey feedback will be used to identify any issues with MyACC before the portal's official launch in October.
A MyACC portal for faculty and staff is in development and is expected to launch in spring 2020.
