Additional back-to-school support at ACC’s Resource & Registration Fairs

It is officially back-to-school season! Austin Community College District (ACC) hosts a special fair to help students get support to start classes this fall. 

The ACC Registration & Resource Fair is happening at FIVE campuses across the district on Saturday, August 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

ACC Registration & Resource Fair

  • Hays Campus (1200 Kohlers Crossing, Kyle, TX)
  • Riverside Campus (1020 Grove Blvd., Austin, TX)
  • Highland Campus (6101 Highland Campus Dr., Austin, TX)
  • Round Rock Campus (4400 College Park Dr., Round Rock, TX)
  • San Gabriel Campus (449 San Gabriel Campus Dr., Leander, TX)

New, current, and returning students and their families can visit a campus near them to get 1-on-1 support. Team members will be on site to help students:

  • Plan their fall classes,
  • Register,
  • Apply for financial aid,
  • Get FREE academic advising,
  • And MORE.

The college also will connect participants with ACC’s other free student services like mental health counseling, child care, and tutoring. 

More than 20 community partners also will be on-site to connect students with community support services. Partners include, but are not limited to: Capital Idea, Foundation Communities, Caritas of Austin, Dell, and Leander ISD.

Fall Options at ACC

This fall, ACC continues to balance in-person and virtual class options and support services. Students can register for flexible online, scheduled online, hybrid, and in-person classes. 

The college offers programs that can be completed in as little as 8-weeks and get you an entry-level workforce certification up to an associate degree, select bachelor’s degree, and even advanced career certifications for the professional who’s ready to gain new skills. 

All programs are designed to help students get the training and education they need for good-paying jobs that are hiring now.
