Welcome to Le´ Bistrette!

Le´ Bistrette is one of the most unique dining experiences in Austin.  This casual dining opportunity is an offspring of our  Bistro 3158.   The students of the Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Meeting & Event Planning programs at Austin Community College are the soul behind this unmatched full-service casual dining experience is celebrating its sixteenth, this year.   Le' Bistrette is located at the Eastview Campus at 3401 Webberville Road. 

 On selected Wednesdays through the semester, the students of Le´ Bistrette will be creating a dining experience that will feature cuisine celebrating America.  Guests will be able to choose from a standard American fare as well as a Chef's Special menu. 

Guests may make reservations by calling 223-5173.  Due to limited space all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.   Le´ Bistrette can serve up 35 dine-in guests, with a total dine/take-out capacity of 50. 

Running out of Time? 

Guests have the option of calling in their order between the time of 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. 

Guests must pick up their orders prior to 1 p.m..
