The Highland Business Center (HBC) serves as a business and training center for business, industry, government, and others in the community.
HBC provides a wide variety of training, including customized services for individual employers. The facility includes computer labs, interactive video classroom, and seminary/conference rooms. HBC also houses ACC's district offices.
