The Campus Carry Implementation Task Force, appointed by ACC President Dr. Richard M. Rhodes, was been charged with developing college policies and procedures related to Texas’ campus carry law, which went into effect for community colleges on August 1, 2017. Membership included collegewide representation from key stakeholder groups and each campus community.
