How to Apply for a Position with ACC
Follow these steps to apply for a position:
- Select Sign In located at top right of webpage.
- Returning Users: Enter email and password to sign In and follow steps 4 – 13.
- First Time users: Create an Account > Follow prompt for email and password.Password must include:
- alphabetic character
- lowercase character
- numeric character
- special character
- minimum of 8 characters
- Select the Position of Interest
- Apply by selecting the purple Apply button.
- Choose how you want to apply.
- Use Last Application
- Quick Apply – Autofill with Resume (Preferred Method)
- Apply Manually
- My Information > This section pre-populates from uploaded resume attachment (verify for accuracy); complete the missing sections.
- My Experience > This section pre-populates from uploaded resume attachment (verify for accuracy).
- IMPORTANT: Scroll to the bottom of the page, this is where you will find a second Upload section.
- Always refer to the job posting to determine if additional materials are required in order to qualify.
- There are two ways to complete this. Either multi-select the files to be attached at the first upload, or continue to click the Upload button after each file is uploaded.
- You will not be able to upload additional files after your application is submitted.
- Application Questions 1 and 2 > All application questions must be answered in order to proceed.
- Voluntary Disclosure – Optional candidate information
- Review > Verify application information prior to submitting
- Congratulations > You will get a message when successfully completed, click “OK”
- Update Personal Information > You will receive a prompt to enter your date of birth.
- Note: Recruiters do not see this information. It is only used for applicant record management.
- Once date of birth is submitted, confirmation message appears, click OK

Clery Act Compliance
Austin Community College produces an Annual Security Report as required by the Clery Act. This report includes statistics from the previous three years concerning reported crime that occurred on campus; public property adjacent to and accessible from campus; and in certain non-campus buildings/property owned or controlled by ACC. The report includes institutional policies concerning campus security and other safety information.
